I'm sure Nickel was a beater at one point.
Also, Rachel looked like an ice lolly.

I got NICKEL too, can't remember which round though... I was stumped by the large targets when 6 small numbers were chosen!

I also had NICKEL (it was in Round 3) - struggled with the last two numbers games though.
The challenger wasn't the best, but then again she did look quite nervous so I guess that played a part.

I had ATRAZINE as a beater in one of the rounds, can't remember which, but I wasn't 100% sure it was okay (it is).

I met her beforehand, she was dead nervous, not enjoying herself at all. Wondering why on earth she was doing this to herself. I tried to reassure her but after Shane beat me (and the next opponent) and she knew she was playing him, it wasn't easy.Darren Carter wrote:I also had NICKEL (it was in Round 3) - struggled with the last two numbers games though.

I had ALLIANCE too.
I'm sure OVERARMS has been allowed before, but checked in the ODE2 and it seems OVERARM these days is only listed as an adjective and adverb and therefore only allowable in the singular.
