After seeing Viraj Seelam reach the dizzying heights of Octo-champdom on Friday.......we welcome two new contestants to the Countdown Studios......the question is who will walk away with the teapot ?


Some sad news in British actor Joss Ackland has died at the age of 95 his acting career spanned for 6 decades. he starred in many blockbusters such as Operation: Daybreak ( 1975 ) Lethal Weapon 2 ( 1989 ) The Hunt for Red October ( 1990 ) and Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey ( 1991 )

Other sad news First Lady Rosalynn Carter has died at the age of 96, she served Jimmy Carter who was President of United States from 1977-1981, after her death this now makes Hillary Clinton the only surviving first lady of the 20th Century.
