Some infuriating final letter picks today. Picking a vowel as the 9th letter would have resulted in a minimum 8/likely 9 in R10 (talapoins, sealpoint, tailspin, optional, pulsation), likely 8 in R1 (banners, anserine, binaries, baronies, urbanise), significantly more likely 9 then a consonant did in R2 (animators, matronise, martinis/rainouts/naturism).

Having said that, Dave's numbers have been very impressive. He's well above your average contestant and that has made all the difference. Hope he octos.
