Yes, Premium update was behind Lexico. CAMMED was wrongly disallowed because Countdown does use both dictionaries.

When out-earn used to be valid: in the Series 77 prelims it was disallowed, but could be found in Lexico. In the Series 78 finals, it was originally disallowed but was found in Lexico and was overruled valid in final cut.
