Available to purchase from Waterstones or Amazon or all good bookstores. I can personally vouch for its quality, given that I (with some help from Graeme) wrote it. 8-)

Great stuff - the stock Christmas present from my mother-in-law every year!

Am guessing though your wages were higher than the last guy who did it as the nice plastic stand it has always had has been replaced by a shite cardboard one ;)
