Yeah on Facebook you can only see my wall post, Heather's comment, your comment, and Jim's comment are all missing - I can't imagine Jim has actually deleted them, probably Facebook playing up but it's been like that for a day or so now, odd.
Can confirm he did indeed say that though - with the comments not working I've not had a chance to ask him why yet! Jim we love you so much.

Yeah, I figured that's where I must have seen it, but I looked for it and couldn't find it.

Rose is still on there, don't worry.

Hmm yeah, I made a hilarious quip on the 'Me & Heather as Jono's parents' photo/discussion yesterday which I can't see now either. Facebook sucks ass.

Maybe Jim thinks COLIN is optional? Who's going to be the one to tell him?

[quote="Kirk Bevins"]It is with deep regret that I will have to miss my first COLIN ever due to the heavy snow.

You know what they say about words said in jest

44 now! This could be an issue as I've only got enough goodies for 50 goodie bags.

A drop form #4 to #9!! Sounds a bit harsh, but probably fair in fairness. :P

Thanks to all who attended, I've literally just got up after leaving the afterparty just after 11 (apologies if I missed you whilst going round saying good bye to everyone), climbing into bed at 11:45 and immediately wondering when the hell it became daylight. Yesterday was probably the most exhausting day I've ever spent organising a co-event, but definitely one of the most rewarding. Some lessons were learned- never buy glass trophies, for one- and some amazing games were played that will hopefully be recapped later for all to gawp at. Still though, 41 is a new co-event attendance record, but who wants to bet that will be broken before the end of the year? :)

Many, many thanks to everyone who made the event possible, especially to my mother for providing refreshments throughout the day, to Graeme Cole for working wonders with the IT setup, to Ryan Taylor and Lee Fisher for providing puzzles for the puzzle magazine, and to everyone for contributing to the biggest and, I dare say, best COLIN ever.

Full results will go up in a separate thread in a bit.

One final thing- apologies to anyone who gets home and finds empty folders on their CD-ROMs that should contain photos- that's Microsoft for you.

I had a great day yesterday! Thanks once again to Ben for a well-organised and very exciting event. It was great to meet a few new people and to be involved in some very good games. Hopefully I'll be back next year.
