Just in case you watch on 4oD and have been wailing and gnashing your teeth since 4oD screwed up using Adblock Plus, I've just found this nice solution for Firefox (worked first time for me):

Yeah I saw there was a workaround for 4oD, but I've since found it easier just to watch on YouTube instead.
