When I was playing along to today's show, I vaguely remember having seen the second Teatime Teaser before. I looked it up, and sure enough, it was used in Series 60 (same scramble, same clue, everything). I think some of the other recent Teasers have been dug up from the past, too.
Are there any explanations?

I'm not dead yet. In a rut right now because of stress from work. I'll be back later in S89. I also plan to bring back the Mastergram - if I can find a way to run a timer or clock through pure MediaWiki without having to upload to Vimeo every time.

I think the only explanation that is necessary is that you are quite possibly the only person to have noticed this, so it's probably not been deemed that important to vet them all over beforehand.Are there any explanations?
