do you think there should be a topic for recaps (with no discussion except if there's a mistake in one of the recaps)? debate...

I think it would be too annoying. I find it a bit awkward finding recaps in tournmaments where they are all lumped in together.

Yep like the AptoSOS ones and Co event recaps. It's good having a separate one for each edition.

I wondered though, when does a current recap become a historical recap?

You see, I think it would be neater and tidier; the topic would get really full, though. Maybe there should be a topic for 'recaps 1960 to 1970', 'recaps 1971 to 1980', etc etc...so that they're in different sections depending on the date of the recap? Also, I think the historical recaps should go in the 'Historical Recaps' part and current recaps should go in the 'Current Recaps' part.

It's not like they get in the way of other topics, as they have their own subforum. It can be a bit of a pain when you're looking at recent posts and it's all recaps, but eventually there won't be new historical recaps all the time (as there's a finite number) so I don't really see any long-term advantage in having one topic. And it would be really awkward.
