How do you shave?
I always shave my top lip, right cheek, chin and then left cheek. If I break this routine, I tend to slash myself up in some way and end up with the attractive toilet-paper-stuck-to-the-face look.
So, how do you shave?
So, how do you shave?

Re: How do you shave?
You must have a very hairy neck! (and balls)
I always do neck first as it's the only bit that, regardless of which of my many styles I am going for, is always shaved.
After that I do both cheeks, component by component obviously dependant on style, but usually involving sharpening the definition on the sideburns first and then moving inward.
Often leave the tache as stubble (bearing in mind I've usually gone over my whole face with my beard trimmer with no attachment) and think it might look good but then shave it off cos I look like a dick with it left.
And then chinstrap/goatee/whatever definition gets sorted last.

I don't. I trim with clippers. I hate being clean shaven.

Re: How do you shave?
Do you consider the horizontal bit under the jaw to be part of the neck? I don't know what that bit is called. Anyway I shave that on the way down from the chin and cheeks. But I've never needed to shave the neck "proper" (vertical bit).Matt Morrison wrote:You must have a very hairy neck! (and balls)

Re: How do you shave?
Right sideburn, left sideburn, then connect the shaved bits across the neck. Right cheek, left cheek, jaw, throat, chin, top lip. Then I spend the rest of the razor's charge tidying it up as my facial hair is like wire wool for some reason.

Left sideburn, right sideburn, left cheek, right cheek, everything underneath, lip/chin, moustache. But I'm getting beard clippers for Christmas because

Moustache bit first and then the rest in some order. Always electric because wet shaving gnarls your face!

Re: How do you shave?
Wet shave of cheeks underneath sideboards, then round underneath the chin. I've usually left it for up to a week, so this can take a good few minutes. I'll then do round my mouth, get a new blade and tidy up.

Rather a sexist question - and no-one has mentioned legs!
- and I suppose we will be talking about 'clean-shaven' next.
Suppose this means I am 'dirty-bearded'

Re: How do you shave?
Couple of times a year, with a clippers, unless I get the urge to wear sideburns, in which case, just the chin and upper lip every odd few days with a clippers. Oh and wax my arse.
