Can we get a verdict on this? The final score on the Countdown page is 56-43 so my guess is that neither contestant solved the conundrum, and maybe someone buzzed in incorrectly on 15 seconds.

Well, looking at the pdf file, Mike definitely had it at 56-43 before the conundrum, and there's no incorrect guess given either, so my guess was that it definitely was given, but since the champion lost the next game, there's no mention of him on the leaderboard either.Charlie Reams wrote:Can we get a verdict on this? Another possibility is that I solved it in 15 seconds. The only way we're likely to find out is to check with Damian 'The Countdown Team' Eadie.
