Sorry for the short notice but due to family matters I won't be able to recap tomorrow. Can somebody step in for me please
Definitely not Jamie McNeill or Schrodinger's Cat....

I know I'm being annoying here (or, to be less diplomatic, a pain in the arse), but surely the current "rota" in the first post here would be helpful to everyone?

OK lads and ladettes, I'm on holiday from 8th September. Would anyone like to do my 8th and 15th September recaps?

Sure thing! I'll catch up on the 11th, and then James has said I could do the 14th and the 23rd. Then those Fridays are the 25th and the 9th of October.

Does anyone want to do my recaps for the next 2 weeks? Pesky work experience/hour-long eps of Great British Menu every night...

Following on from the 'excellent' response James got from his request for a deputy recapper this week, a post which unfortunately I only saw myself tonight, I am now asking if anybody would like to do next Friday's recap (13th November). I will be in Dublin, so if nobody responds, it will be Monday 16th at the earliest before it will get done. Thanks in advance.

Well it seems the recording of the Champion of Champions has taken its toll on the recaps this week. Mine is the first since Monday to be posted. Is there anybody out there?

Alright sluts. I am retiring from recapping on 19th January (so basically I'll recap up to the last week of CoC, and someone can take over for the start of series 74). There just aren't enough GIFs to keep me going. Plus I need to actually do my journalism course and stuff.

Aww, that's a shame, Jen. But, I guess studies must come first.

PS: Happy recapitulation to Jen.

Yes, do you want it, Johnny

Not sure if I'm ready to commit to it on a regular basis, but for today I'll take it as I've got free time. Cheers.

Just to let everyone know, I am quitting the Monday recap slot. It's getting harder to fit them in and I don't want to fall massively behind. I hope to do them until a replacement is found and will try to be as up to date as possible until this happens....

There appears to be a problem with the recap writer, as whenever I click on the link from the 'how to write a recap' thread, it tells me access is forbidden and I do not have permission to access the recap writer. Error 403.
This may explain why no recaps have been written for the last few days.

I'm going to do the first one of my catch up ones now, so should be up shortly.
As soon as I can find the can-be-bothered-ness to do the rest, I shall.
