Yes. He's looks a lot older than the last time I saw him. Not surprising, really. He is a lot older than the last time I saw him.

Aye Ronnie Drew is dead. Patsy Watchorn was doing it last I heard. He used to be a member of the leisure centre where I used to work.

I was going to suggest David Tennant (because that would be awsome) but he's not over 50. Shame.

None of the above! I expect you'll get there eventually by going through all the male over-50 actors from the Harry Potter films, but it would be more fun if you tried to find out what other stuff he's acted in.

I don't know the answer to either. I meant more general questions about the kind of acting he's done, but feel free to ask any questions you like :)

He's a very well known actor. I suppose he is a household name. If people didn't know his name then they'd probably still recognise him.

Would he be regarded more for his theatre work? He does do a lot of theatre work; this is how my Mum ended up cutting his hair, but he is probably best known for his television work (hope that helps).

Lucy wins! It was indeed Roger Lloyd Pack. I tried to give a clue too when I responded with "No, no, no" (to put people in mind of The Vicar of Dibley). HE CALLED OUR HOUSE :!: but my sister wouldn't let me speak to him as I would have called him Trig and asked him silly things like "how's the inflatable dolphin?" etc., so she sensibly kept me away from the phone. I'm a big fan of OFAH, you see...

I missed my train home last night by two minutes, meaning that I had to hang around Waterloo for another half an hour. BUT, that meant I got to see a famous person walk through the station at midnight eating a baguette. Totally worth it.
