Congratulations Joseph

Post by Martin Gardner »

I just wanted to congratulate Joseph on being the first person to get to 1000 posts.

Martin
If you cut a gandiseeg in half, do you get two gandiseegs or two halves of a gandiseeg?

Charlie, hi!

First of all, I would like to give you a belated welcome back here and tell you that I'm glad to see you!

Also, I do have a job but it is not very dependable so I have had a lot of time off. I will be back to work on Friday, though.

Again, welcome back, Charlie!

Its not that hard Mr Cullen. The total number of posts is displayed on the board index :)

It's even easier than that. The percentage of all posts is displayed in each member's profile page. You don't even have to do the sums. As I write, it says that 12.67% of all the board's posts are by Joseph.

Sorry, but no matter how I read this, in my head it sounds like its meant to be a bad thing, that it's this high.

In fairness I'm in the north of England and I'm trying to get a job over the summer, and there's very very little to go out, even for someone with pretty good A-levels.

I never went to university so all I have for qualifications is my GCSE's (2 out of 10 only A-C) and some computer courses I did for further education.

I am actually having to go back to Hugh Baird College in September and start doing a Foundation level Accountancy course.

When I left school I had a C in Maths and a double E in English (Language & Literature). Since then I have been to Learndirect and have completed a level 2 Maths and English course, which I have been told would be the equivalent of getting a GCSE grade A-C.

EDIT: Just so people know, I had actually put a repsonse saying "No. I was told by someone at LearnDirect" but then realised this was a joke (to do with the adverts) so edited it.
