The only one that works for me is RENARD MIGRANT which is French for migrating fox. I've tried in English as well, but never found anything that was at worst just random words or at best, uninteresting.
If you cut a gandiseeg in half, do you get two gandiseegs or two halves of a gandiseeg?

Two old political ones....

Virginia Bottomley - I'm an evil Tory bigot
David Mellor - Dildo Marvel

And everyone will have seen

Britney Spears - presbyterians (which led to a crossword clue "would they approve of a dishevelled Britney Spears?")
Tom Cruise - costumier

A work colleague once came up with Ruth Inkvowel for me, which could be a useful nom de plume I suppose.....

My late father had a list of good cognate anagrams - if I find it I'll reveal all....

I recall that in those halcyon days before Angus Deayton was sacked from presenting Have I Got News For You, he once introduced a whole string of episodes using anagrams of the title sent in by viewers. Two that stuck in my mind for some reason were

I VOTE YOU SHAG REF NOW

and

YOU HEAVING WOOFTERS

Since Joseph started us off:

I HAVE AN ENORMOUS PENIS = HEAVEN IN PORNO, I ASSUME
AN ENORMOUS PENIS = AMUSES ONE IN PORN
ORAL STIMULATION OF THE PENIS = FELLATIO'S A TRIP IN ONE'S MOUTH or A FINE TOOL IN MOUTH - PISS LATER.
AN EXTREMELY LARGE PENIS = PREMIERE ANAL SEX...GENTLY.

And finally, a different organ:

THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE = MY C**T CREATES HELL.

I think I've gone too far - thanks Joseph for turning me so crude.

Thanks Les! Sadly I don't get out enough at the moment, but I assure you that's nothing to do with the amount of anagrams I find!
Thankfully I have a quite useful tool to help with that on the web.

Just tried to do a couple with 'Lesley Anne Jeavons' but it just kept coming back with everything with 'anal' in (you'll be surprised how many people's names have 'anal' in them!), so in an attempt to not appear smutty by listing them all just I'll let you follow the link yourself and find them. Though highlights must include "Enjoys Anal Elevens" (interesting alternative to tea and cake) or on the other hand "Enjoy Anal Even Less". Remember, don't shoot the messenger!

Great ones there. Reading this, the David Ginola one is great. For those football fans, some might know that NEIL WARNOCK is an anagram of COLIN WANKER.

My best individual one: TOM HARGREAVES = HEAR VET ORGASM
