I was disgusted by the shampoo advert. Not that it's for shampoo, but the sound effects were from Formula One's blackest day - Senna's death. A quick glance at the internet found that they were technically the same sound.

Who could possibly think that was a good idea (given that any production company making such an advert would have access to pretty much an unlimited amount of stock sound effects)? It all sounds very unlikely to me.
