OUTLANDER, how did everyone miss it, or did I make a mistake?

I think RESORBED was there as a beater in the round where they declared BORDERS.

Yep (CF made me look this up because it was one of his occasional "I only know this because of medicine" spots which there's no guarantee will be in).

Ryan Taylor 123 - 105 Oliver Garner

Thankfully you weren't against a better opponent as you may have been punished by some misses. That said, it was still a good performance with a 9 and a nice 123 score, so well done!

Lol just read this. Just being honest, I know yourself you will have been disappointed by OUTLANDER. With all that said I really can't see anyone beating you. Craig is the only one who IMO will come close.

I did see OUTLANDER, but didn't think it was in. None of the contestants/forumites present were sure so we looked it up on Peter Zyss's laptop, which told us it was in. At the same time, Damian decided that it definitely wasn't in (presumably because he was disappointed that he missed it). During today's (Friday's) game, Damian told Susie to tell Nicky and Danny that actually it was good, who told the rest of us.

Well done to Oliver for finishing 3rd in division B at the Brighton and Hove Scrabble tournament on Sunday too. People were genuinely afraid of playing him, especially those who know him from Countdown.

 I would've done that if I'd known. (But they wouldn't be afraid of playing me at Scrabble, I suck :P )
