Rachel just went up a bit in my estimation for being a UFC fan.

Spoilers for Wednesday 25th Match

Definitely less stern today. This might mean she doesn't mean quite so much business.

I'm feeling a bit sorry for Richard.
He seems to already be very dejected after just 3 or 4 rounds.

Richard needed to swap his ends, the delightfully grim DEFILER instead of REFILED^

Cate's on it today. I thought she might be less dominant, given her slightly less stern appearance at the start, but she's being totally brutal. Poor Richard.

Nope !, just working through words, saw GREED and worked around it to FILAGREE and gambling if you could add a D.

Had just never heard of FILAGREE before, Countdown or elsewhere. Didn't seem to be the sort of word you stumble on without being sure about it.

Aye, no problem with that.

I thought Cate was on for a century there, easy.

It's normally FILIGREE - I wasn't aware until now that there was a variant spelling. (When I read Mike's suggestion of FILAGREED, I was about to post "Oh no I don't" as a smart-arsed rebuttal, but wisely checked the dictionary first.)

And what's going on with your avatars? This latest one is the scariest yet. You appear to be revealing more of your naked body in each one - how far are you planning to go?

On a rather less interesting side note, does anyone have a record of what the numbers game was that WASN'T the 911 or the 509 one?
Promised Lesley I'd text them to her but I didn't write that one down. Thanks in advance.

Women don't have penises, so are sadly excluded.

You beat me to it Jono. Which is probably a good thing as I was genuinely thinking about a naked picture with a clip art cockerel covering my nubbin.

Never mind. Just email me the pic (without the clip art).

Hmm, so you're a cock and Charlie is a sloth... or an otter? Help me out here.
If you cut a gandiseeg in half, do you get two gandiseegs or two halves of a gandiseeg?

I knew filagree referred to the kind of intricate artwork you get on rings and other jewellery. I put it down to early morning QVC being on in the background for sticking in my mind.

I probably would not of offered it with the D on the end in proper play.

Hehe... did you need today's? I noted them down for you.
This message would be more suitable for a PM but obviously I want to show people how popular I am.
