Yesterday. I miss you Kirky

Today's "champion" is rather lovely though.

And I'm not too sure who the DC guest is, but I think he's done really well this week.

That is all.

Rachel actually got that herself and there was a great shot of her standing next to it on the board, but they cut it out :(

7 x 3 = 21

21 - 6 = 15

50 + 15 = 65

65 x 5 = 325

I went for (50 + 3) x 6 = 318 + 7 = 325

Lots of different ways of doing it.

Or Barque, I think.
Also is Sapiens allowed, in the penis round?
And no disrespect meant, but if Kirk had been on today, I think Hazel Wheeler's record may have come under threat. (But maybe I'm being unfair, and it just seems that the contestant is worse than she actually is because I'm comparing her to Kirk).

No you're right, Kirk destroyed her from the audience. He was going on about how he could've had a record against her had she appeared during his run. I don't remember his score was though, I'll point him in this direction later.

Me too, and I matched mentored, roughed and basins but nothing inspirational except barque.

All seemed a bit of an anti climax today but 93 was a very respectful winning score.

Yeah, I would have beaten her 115-6. That's the lowest ever opponent's score and joint highest points difference (109) with Julian Fell. I was so annoyed I missed that by just one game.

There must be some sort of homo-sapiens joke here.
If you cut a gandiseeg in half, do you get two gandiseegs or two halves of a gandiseeg?

Would you really like to've done that though? It must feel so bad and awkward. I mean, sure, they deserve to be beaten convincingly if they're shit but to totally beat the shit out of somebody on TV must almost be as bad as losing. Especially if it was some old woman or a little kid.

Yeah, when you're on I suggest go for 5s and 6s mate to try to soften any blow you might cause. :)

To be honest I never cared too much about the points difference - I just wanted a massive score and didn't want to be beaten on any round. It didn't feel awkward to beat people by 70 or 80 points regularly, which is probably why so many of my opponents seemed miserable!

I got the numbers like this too. Stephen did well, but I missed Kirk today. I didn't realise just how enthusiastic he was and how thrilled he was when he beat the record. I thought Kezra was very beautiful and accepted defeat graciously. Shame we won't see her again.

However, the fittie might have put you off somewhat!

Well I saw her more when playing watching the screen from the audience. When you're playing in the studio you don't look at your opponent too often - well I didn't anyway!

Don't think it can be today - one of them's got really crooked teeth and the other one's a woman.

Hahahaha!

Does anyone else think she looked like an Asian version of the policewoman out of Shameless?
If I suddenly have a squirming baby on my lap it probably means that I should start paying it some attention and stop wasting my time messing around on a Countdown forum
