I would have risked CHROMATE in one of the rounds but not sure if it's valid.

At the end when talkin about getting a black eye, John said it made him look like a polar bear. He meant a panda surely !

I got the second numbers round just before Carol was asked if she had it. I suspect there's an easier method though:

25 x 8 = 200
200 + 5 = 205
205 x 4 = 820
820 + 3 x 9 = 847

Also LORINERS as an equaller in the RESOLING/IGNORERS round (12?).

THEOCRAT too in the last proper round. DC were on form today, I don't think they outrightly missed anything (they weren't asked in the last round) unless there's something else.

Second numbers alternative.

25 x 4 = 100
100 - 5 = 95
95 x 9 = 855
855-8 = 847

Just about in 30 seconds.

First numbers novelty approach..

50 - ( 6/2) = 47
47 x 9 = 423 + 10 = 433

I noticed Des go "if you can do anything, now's the time to do it". after round 13. The score was 41-67. Hmm, if you can do anything, it's too late.
