R3 Alt.: ((25*5)-6)*8

When they said about gherkins just being pickled cucumbers I questioned this because gherkins are tiny compared to cucumbers. According to Lexico:

The small green fruit of a plant related to the cucumber, used for pickling.

Related to. You don't shrink something by 95% by pickling it.

Dunno if they came back to Rachel but I had the last numbers (seemed fairly simple):

((25+50+9+1) x 8) + 7

I got a ridiculous way just in time, which I'm well happy with!! (50 x 8) + ((25 + 7) x 9) - 1 = 687
