Was OUTEARN removed in the last update? If not, its disallowal could have decided the game -- had it been allowed, the score after the conundrum would have been 49-49 and Lawrie would still have had a shot on the tie-break.

OUTEARN is one of a subset of words that when typed without a hyphen take you to the US version without a hyphen.

Didn't see today's show, but a very low scoring game altogether. Personally I think Owen Taaffe was quite unlucky to lose as it was really disallowed words which cost him a win, if it wasn't for that then I would imagine he would still be playing presently as the standard hasn't been very high if I'm perfectly honest, and also that he was quite a solid player, too.
