Not sure why John keeps for 6 small as he seems so bad at it? Maybe he thinks if he doesn't
get it then neither will his opo so nothing lost?
eg 1 away fairly easy on the 1st one today (6+7)x4x10

Tactic that seems to be coming into play quite a bit recently. I was at a recording last year and a contestant (can't remember who) kept on picking 6s when never getting the target, but was getting nearer opponents

He seems to be quite poor at getting close when he doesn't get it spot on though, when e.g. 1 away is easy.

He got a couple of excellent ones early on in his run so I think he has the ability but it's very easy to blank the odd numbers round under pressure.

I so hope these different-coloured tiles are eventually going to spell out some kind of hidden message when we anagram them.
