The first game with 8 letter teaser was on 8th December 2003 (FATNURSE=AFTERSUN), so we have had 8s for 13 years.

I thought the champion was pretty good today. I think he's a good octochamp chance.

That's almost as bad as calling the day before Easter Day "Easter Saturday". Of course it is the fifth day of Advent
and the first day of December. I guess they start calendars on the first of December so they can sell the same ones every year.

This is the standard method.

I like the 9-letter teasers. They make all the letters selection rows in the wiki the same width, and I have mild OCD regarding such things.
