Did anyone else see this on Saturday night? It's the new Nick Knowles-hosted Lottery Quiz. What did you think?

FWIW, I'd quite like a go at it as you are guaranteed to win something (apart from the slight issue that I did apply and didn't even get an audition). BUT I'm not sure it makes particularly good television. We recorded it and watched a lot of it back speeded up but it still seemed rather slow-moving. I'll be interested to see if another series gets commissioned.

I also sky plussed it and watched it back the other night. Thought it was absolute dog shite. Didn't watch much of it at all in real time and didn't really understand what was going on as I was basically just in it for the questions skimming though at x12. But the questions were boring and pointless too with one being "An episode of which of the following TV shows got the most hits on iPlayer?" (or something similar). Who even cares? Hopefully it won't be on for many weeks and I definitely can't see it getting another series as the only people who it is good for are the two people taking money from it whilst everyone who decides to watch it suffers.

Not a great format but I'm prepared to have a go.

Like James R, I am ditching my previous co-contestant (my husband) in favour of an old friend. We think the fact that James (husband not Robinson) has already won a load of money on a previous Nick Knowles quiz might have been working against us.
