But Anne Robinson is such a cunt at pronouncing things. When she asks, for example "What is a horse: an animal or a plant?" it comes out sounding like "What is a horse, an animal or a plant?" if you see what I mean. Once I remember she asked a question that had two options, but there was no indication in advance that there would be options, and she paused before saying them so the guy starting answering (as you would) but she then acted as if he was a total freak for interrupting her. I think at least one of the others voted for him in that round for that reason as well.

I can't watch Weakest Link because of the way she pronounces "thousand".

Good stuff, just caught up with this on iPlayer. Good to see it's about as boring as it always was (but with some bonus awkward shuffling).

Watching it has reminded me how I always feel they should have a rule where if the strongest link gets the most votes, then they get to choose who gets eliminated. I know people probably like the whole "vote off the best guy in the final round" thing, but it just pisses me off.

What I like about this is that the contestant must've interpreted the question as "Is there more oxygen or less in air?", which doesn't even make grammatical sense.

But yeah, what Gevin said. A lot of the howlers are unfair because Anne Robinson is a tard (see here).

Really? It comes across to me as interpreting it as "Is there more or less oxygen than nitrogen in air?". We need to track this guy down and find out the truth.

Oh yeah, maybe that's it. Which isn't funny at all, because it's a pretty natural guess that oxygen would be the majority gas in the atmosphere. You party-pooper.

Sorry to bump after Charlie pointed to this thread but this is excellent. I don't understand it at all. I especially love that it was edited to get to this point.

"Boyzone."

A repeat of Dinos's appearance on Weakest Link is on BBC2 as I type. :)

It should go on to BBCiplayer and be there for a week.

Jason! Ffs! Like, spoilerz an' all. Now I've got a smarttv I don't sky+ much. Lemme guess - he went on to the final but didn't win as much as he should do (because of his awesomeness) because the team weren't any good?*

*Rhetorical question - please don't give anything else away until I've seen him walk off with his £850.

Marvellous - just watched it courtesy of the 'Catchup TV' feature on our lovely shiny new BT Vision box. My previous comments still apply.

That warranted a spoilers alert too.
Edit: you'd think from what he actually put I'd be bright enough to work it out, but apparently not
