Connection problems

What happens to me is that, occasionally, when the round loads, it doesn't come up, and when it does come up, it says Not Responding and I have to close the whole thing down. God, it's annoying.

Apterous should probably give an informative warning to that effect rather than just dying on you. Will fix that sometime.

No, same here, like Kirk said you can usually tell from the game browser.

My eldest son recommended trying Firefox rather than Internet Explorer, and it worked!

I have a new laptop, and, although it's the same broadband connection as my main computer, apterous won't recognise my password through it.
Anyone else had this problem and resolved it?

Are you 100% sure you're getting the password right? If so, please PM your username and password to me (unless it's the same password you use for your bank or something) and I'll see what I can do.

Yeah, that's the same error Damian had. It's caused by the local security policy and there's no way around it really, you'll just have to ask real nicely for them to change it.
