Why does my computer keep doing this?

ok so yesterday I didn't get 1 game as my computer was having problems with getting me into the game, this has just happened to me again right now.
What basically happens is when my laptop is at it's worst I can occasionally get into the game then it freezes up then boots me, when I try to refresh it almost loads up too quickly and all I get is a white screen, I made a ticket about it yesterday and this is the 4th occasion recently that I have been unable to get onto the game, anyone know what is happening or more importantly how I can remedy this?
