I think Eoin deserves credit for this, but how about Junior Goatdown? It's possible to create that on the custom menu (ooh, pops out, nice!), but it just plays as a normal game.

When you get to the time you need to commit to whatever operation you're doing, there's no option to not commit to it as far as I can tell.
