Re: CO:parkrun Recaps

I'm going to have to update the PB list again soon now that we're fully back in action. I noticed Tom S saying that he was intending to do a parkrun, and Philip A as well, and I don't think either are on the list at the moment. I've done about 10 Parkruns overall, but shall stay in the dark re my P...

Possibly, but I'm inclined to think that they had 2 contestants spare to put on after someone had octo'd.

Thought that today's standard wouldn't have been out of place in a Finals match. You have to feel for Jonathan for not getting more than a teapot for his efforts today- as well as being made to sing on national TV! Florence looks very settled, and it will take a strong player to unseat her....

Florence looks to have a reasonable chance of octoing I'd say. Two octochamps in the same family isn't bad. The Capplemans didn't make it but the Cappleman-Lyneses might. Agreed with what Philip said but glad that Tom got another shot after what would typically have been a bit of a premature exit in his prelims for someone of his calibre. James was good today- with the exception of 2 or 3 rounds, I think he'd have given Luke a pretty close game with that performance.

On the wiki it says: NOTE: Despite having 732 points to Louis Ross's 738, Adam Latchford was seeded as #3 . This is probably as a result of Latchford's tie-break points from his first game being included in his overall total, which would bring his total to 742. This therefore places him above Ross ...
