I can't remember him in that Fort Boyard thing but I do remember he hosted a very crappy daytime quiz show. He's in that sit-com with Lee Mack which is pretty funny. Current challenger Tim (from the valleys) is very softly spoken which seemed to be causing a few problems. Although, at one point Tim couldn't hear what Carol said, she couldn't handle the irony, got quite stroppy and started shouting letters.

I love the Monty Hall problem. When the puzzle was originally posed there where several eminent mathematicians arguing it was 50/50. It's really quite simple to grasp when explained clearly (such as Mr Bentley did) but I think it throws most at first.

I think it was on QI it was noted that the actual spelling is crack but it didn't sound Irish enough to display in a Paddy pub. For the natives that are still bothered enough to care I showed which foot I kick with by misspelling Begorra and then pronouncing an/a "h" all in one fell swoop....
