Using the 'lite' mode is a good solution here. Lite mode gets rid of the sounds and images, which good for me because I put music on, and without the pictures the dialogue is a lot less effective. Then you just need to skim-read the beaters/equallers (i.e. the only ones in capitals) and you're there...
