Well Musk in particular has very little cash, his wealth is all in his holdings. But that's deliberate, because he does not pay tax on having paper wealth, yet he can get all the loans he wants with it to buy what he wants. 2% interest versus 40% tax, what a world.

I reckon it can probably get streamlined down to 35, especially if a Graeme type out there does some graeming to it with his algorithms and queries and that. I base this on the precisely three goes I've had.

Since no one should have to suffer seeing me naked even when asleep under a duvet (pronounced joo-vay), it's whatever t-shirt I had on the day before, then shorts over boxers. If I'm feeling especially devil-may-care, I might go for socks, but they always get kicked off during the night.
