I don't often write the letters down, but when I do, whatever way the contestant has selected them I split them in to CCCCC VVVV. I find I'm less likely to try to use a letter twice that way.

This sounds remarkably like sticking to a low GI diet. You are of course right, Phil. The Sandwich Quiz segment on 73 (later named 7T3), kids ITV prog from the 80s, was one on one. 73 was fabulous - the only ITV kids show that even compared to the BBC's Swap Shop, Saturday Superstore etc! :D

Martin, I think that Rachel's tights are looking dark too, but I think it's compared to Carol's usually 'nude' (as in shade) legs.
