Spoilers for Monday May 30th 2011
Since James is on holiday, we have what may be the first ever spoiler thread from the States here. It's the final week of the series, and today is the third quarter final, where we have the number 3 seed Tom "I Have A Beard"(unless he shaved between his original taping and this one) Barnes...

Re: Who Will Win Series 64?
Assuming it's not some kind of spoiler to say so, Graham Hill couldn't make it. So we're going to see Michelle Nevitt in the finals? Not necessarily. This thing with Graham makes things interesting in that, at least for now, the finals are NOT set. It is entirely possible that Liam Herringshaw coul...

Who Will Win Series 64?
It's that time again, the finalists are set, and the speculation begins. So who'll take it? Note that this poll is based on the assumption that all 8 were able to make the tapings. If that ends up not being the case, I'll edit the poll as necessary. EDIT: As you'll see below in the thread, informati...

Apologies for me having not being here in awhile, although this is also related to what I'm about to say. I'm going to have to postpone the tournament. Re: All Around Standard Numbers Tournament
Think I'm going to go back to the free-for all to make sure people have enough time as possible. As I said, my goal is mainly to have everybody play everybody, and if that's easier in the free-for-all, then that's what I"m going to do. If that's the case, I think I might also extend the time of...

Re: All Around Standard Numbers Tournament
Here's a tentative plan with the organization, it will be somewhat group based, but not entirely since I do wish for everybody to play everybody. This may change between now and the actual start of the tournament, and feel free to give feedback. I'll divide people into 7 groups. (No way it'll be mor...

All Around Standard Numbers Tournament
Hi, It seems to me we haven't had a Numbers based tournament in awhile, so I figured, why not make one? The format I have in mind is what I call an "all-around" format in Standard. What I mean by this is that all of the possible numbers formats will appear at least once, and in sequence. T...

Fun little game I think. I'll give a sequence of numbers. You tell me the next number in the sequence, not necessarily the reason why. Get all 5 right, I'll explain the rationale, and you can post some more sequences. A hint: At least one of my sequences has nothing to do with maths. 1. 3, 3, 5, 4, ...

Sort of a question about Dictionary Corner guests, and I suppose to some extent Susie. Hopefully back on track,
Some sort of variant where you would get bonus points for using rare letters, like Q and X? Depending on how many bonus points that'd be, may make for interesting choices too if there's a longer word not using them but a shorter word that does.

On my end, probably Richard just because of the sheer amount of time he was on the show compared to the other three, though I think Jeff may be getting up there.
