The target generated is in the region of 100-999, so yes, it's possible for the target to be 100 with a 100 in the selection.

Unless it's actually 101-999 and my mind is playing tricks on me...

Not a bug as such, more an inadvertent omission by the looks of it. I just had a game of Goatdown with Matt, and in one round he'd picked 2 vowels and 6 consonants - but wasn't forced to pick a vowel as the final letter.

I got the second numbers round just before Carol was asked if she had it. I suspect there's an easier method though:

25 x 8 = 200
200 + 5 = 205
205 x 4 = 820
820 + 3 x 9 = 847

Also LORINERS as an equaller in the RESOLING/IGNORERS round (12?).
