Could the same not happen anyway in the non-replay? How do they decide where to have the first match? Couldn't that be at Compton Pauncefoot Rovers' home stadium? Also the "You are the ref" thread would have a field day at any suggestion that the format might financially encourage a team ...

Extra time in football is a waste of time. Why not have penalties at 90 minutes and have 10 penalty takers (not all keepers areas good as Ederson) This will stop teams from conserving energy at around 85 minutes and go for it more. Having 10 penalties each means it's more of a leveller Also teams th...

Re: Why don't you like basketball?
Basketball is a sport where the last 5 minutes are usually the best bits. Its too back and forth for my liking and as a short arse I have never played much, though we did have it in PE I like to equate my interest in sport to how likely I would get a chance to play it. This falls into 2 categories A...

There are three possible letters picks (3V6C, 4V5C, 5V4C) There are 5 possible numbers picks (6S, 1L, 2L, 3L, 4L) I'm not sure how any sensible combination of these plus one conundrum adds up to 14 rounds My bad, I thought 6 vowels and 3 consonants was a legal pick though it still wouldn't make 14 ...

Good tribute bands are better to see live than the original band if that band was from the 70s or early 80s I would rather see the original band and I used to be a bit dismissive of tribute bands, but then my daughter joined Rumours of Fleetwood Mac in the Christine McVie role, so i re-evaluated.
