The way I see it, make an effort to pronounce people's surnames correctly and in their own tongue, but not places, because people have feelings and auditory senses and places do not.

Sevilla qualified for the 2013/14 Europa League when coming only 9th in La Liga in 2012-13 because Malaga and Vallecano, who came 6th and 8th, were excluded for being broke. They then came 5th in La Liga the next two years, which was enough.

I mean, what's the purpose of changing it? When people pass away, they die. Do we not just substitute "passed away" for "died" when we hear it? I think so, in which case, why do the first substitution? Just say it. Don't be afraid of death. It's the most normal thing going.

It's also worth knowing what DOESN'T stem even though it looks like it does. For instance, I don't think any of it is true since the update, but DURATION used to only stem with S, IDOCRASE used to only stem with V, RELATION with FASH, etc. This is useful for when you have those really niney looking ...
