Since I became a pollopescatarian 2.5 years ago, steak as a treat is one of the things I miss most. And pulled pork. And a Big Mac. And anything involving chorizo. Best steak I had was at a place called La Relais de Venise. Very "city" place but not unreasonably priced. The whole menu is ...

Some of the meat substitutes that are imitations of popular meat products taste nice but I mostly avoid them, or just treat them as occasional 'treats' like chocolate/sweets as they're processed and expensive. Some things are more meat alternatives than substitutes though and these can be exciting ...

I would love to have a crack at it but as i am in Canada it is during the day and i work Mon-Fri in a supermarket from 9am to 6pm (Canadian Time) so i won't be able to be available all...
