Upcoming champion of champions should be the best ever - Ronan Higginson vs Tom Stevenson in the final ? Bit of a way to go yet. I think it’s better to have champion of champions every 4 instead of 3 as it means potentially up to 8 series winners vs 6. Last one had 7 and it was one of the best and ...

Golf is better than cricket. Cricket involves ball-hitting on the spot with one bat, whilst in golf every stroke (except from the tee) provides a different challenge depending on where the ball lies, with 14 clubs. Similarly for 8 in R8: ASSONATE, and DOLOUR as an alt. in R10.
Any of the top 3 currently can still take this title, if there isn’t a 900 or 1,000 member, depending on how deep they dig in the finals. 9 or even 10 octochamps still possible – this is going to be an exciting second half of the series.

The questions for 23rd of March were good. I think the questions tend to be better and worse in different episodes over the series, in terms on ambiguity. The 45% question about the clockface had a second correct answer if you account 24-hour format, but that doesn’t make it any less unfair.
