It's also worth knowing what DOESN'T stem even though it looks like it does. For instance, I don't think any of it is true since the update, but DURATION used to only stem with S, IDOCRASE used to only stem with V, RELATION with FASH, etc. This is useful for when you have those really niney looking...

I don't know your current level but for 99% of people the best way to improve will be to face as many rounds as possible. Again it depends on your relative levels but I think 60% of your time doing Speed Letters Attacks and 40% doing 20 second Numbers Attacks would be a good split. And put in as man...

Ironically enough it might be Mr. Fury's "personality" that may rob him of the honour, for what was an outstanding sporting achievement! Yeah, I agree with this. The award is for the sportsperson "whose actions have most captured the public's imagination" and you can't deny that...

I really don't understand why anybody gives a flying fuck about "Sports Personality of the Year", or anything voted for by the British public, including elections and X-Factor.
