I don't know how obvious this actually is, but this seems the most appropriate thread. As you probably know zero degrees latitude ( not longitude surprisingly ) is the line that goes from the North Pole to the South Pole through the Greenwich Meridian and so on. I think Innis's point is that you can't just look at the percentage difference between top and second in a completely different thing and expect it to have some relevance. Statistically it's of course very unlikely that any individual person will reach 122, but we're looking for the probability of one person out the several billion candidates making it to 122, and that's much harder to answer. That magic trick was a bit obvious I thought. Other than the first choice between the boxes, Nick wasn't actually accepting or rejecting eggs. He was just selecting and Paul Zenon decided whether he was accepting or rejecting each selection. Presumably there was one penny egg in each box.
