Slightly controversial, because Paul Erdunast originally finished in second place, but was promoted to first after the winner was found to have a fork in his possession. Particularly controversial as forks weren't explicitly listed on the banned list.

I would like to know the percentage of 6 foot 7 plus people living in the UK. I suspect that answer will explain the lack of participation.
