I did the Colchester half marathon this morning and got a nice new PB of 1:24:13 (beating my previous 1:24:50). According to the Wikipedia article , a half marathon is 21.0975km, and if you do the maths, my time works out at slightly under 19:58 per parkrun! I'm very pleased with that. Also I got a ...

In addition to all of the above, if you want to win a series, I'd say apply early - like before about 2001. The standard of the top players has gone up quite a lot since around then, and obviously even more after Apterous came into existence in 2008.

According to this, they're feet. It also makes a big deal of the fact that they're not claws, but feet. But really, they're the same basic part of the anatomy and thinking they're claws when really they're feet is basically correct.
