That criticism of Des was quite unjustified back in the 2008s. Good to see the audience full of past contestants, and Des talking to them all about those things he said he'd talk to them later about. Des had probably planned this all along. What a shame it doesn't leave any time for MJ's monologue....

I got MORTUARY in rd 3. I maxed everything except LOVEBIRD (I had DEVILRY) and that last numbers game, (1 away). These auditions seem much easier now that I know the sort of words you're looking for... I'd have done much better at my audition if I was aware of the nature of the selections I reckon. ...
