Re: FOCAL 2016
Thanks for taking the time to respond, Zarte. I know it might come across that the same people are being negative all the time, but I think it's good for people to be able to say what they think and then the FOCAL team can then decide whether it's something that needs to be taken on board or not. Re: FOCAL 2016
The first thing that should be pointed out here, for if anyone can't see the actual accounts with notes on, is that £100 of that £120 was kept aside purposefully to cover expenses early in the year before any other income had come in. I see no reason not to continue that for as long as this continue...

Re: Your preferred format for CO-events
*shrug* I'm mostly just happy to play Countdown and see people I like. 9s don't personally suit my game, but you fit more in with them, and they make it more unpredictable, which from an encouraging newbies point of view is fine. 1/0 scoring also achieves this a bit. QFs and SFs are stupid (in a sho...

It's a real shame Annie couldn't make it but my view is that if you can't make the recording of your series final then it should just be tough bananas because it's not fair on contestants on the next series to accommodate you. It'd be better to invite her back for some kind of special. Maybe agains...

When I was discussing big deaths with one of my "real life" friends, he mentioned Jo Cox. But I'm not sure that really counts, because it was her death that made her famous rather than it being a case of a big name dying. Because you wouldn't include someone like Lee Rigby presumably (in ...

1. The 900 club has been far easier to access since Apterous has been around Dunno that I'd say it's been easier to access as a concept. Maxes have gone up because of the dictionary sure, but I don't think Apterous has made it easier. Unless you're implying the use of it as led to more people being...

You can call anything you want a co-event. But the generally recognised idea of what a co-event is, means it would be in person. Callum ran co-apterous online, but that was more because he wanted something that played out like a co-event, just online.
