Just meant in general - surely it makes no sense to feel sorry for people based on their vocabulary, when the whole point of Countdown to a very large extent is a test of that vocabulary. I have channel 4 on demand so whenever there's an Octochamp or a finalist I can take a picture using print screen. I also managed to get a few from YouTube (cf James Martin, DCeDL, etc...) why do posts by the user 'Jimmy' simply have the words 'User avatar' where the graphic avatar would normally be? This doesn't seem to be the case for other users with no avatar. I doubt this helps, but I know using Firefox if I'm refreshing the same thread a few times in a row then sometimes it wil...

found to my surprise that it was a lot harder to 'see' words when looking at the letters on paper than when looking at them on the TV screen. I'd imagine it has something to do with the inconsistencies of handwriting. Looking at a computer-written selection of letters in a standard font of standard...
