Re: B'day Championship Spoilers For Friday February 22nd 201

This was one of the few games that I didn't get to watch from the audience - absolutely brilliant game, lads. Properly enjoyed that. All I knew about this game before watching it is hearing that Jono maxed it, confirmed by Conor/Kirk/Christine Buffrey/whoever etc from the green room. Insane standard...

Re: Good news, Gevin!

C4 seem to be struggling to get their afternoons right at the moment, and I hope they soon find a pattern that they can set in stone for a couple of years. Re: Cheating: What it is, and why you shouldn't do it

There's often reference to cheating in the side-panel on the apterous screen. Are there really people who cheat? If there are, shouldn't they be warned/outed/removed? I have my doubts about a few, particularly with numbers; but then, I'm crap at numbers! I think rounds 5, 6, 13, and 20 in this game...

Yeah, kind of frustrating that it comes in mid series, so people that have filmed on early in the series might have some kind of disadvantage (or advantage) compared to people later in the series, there might have to be some dodgy recalculation formula

There wasn't a conundrum trick - you just can't count! :P Weird that we were actually talking about the word RHAPSODIC a night or two before (can't remember who exactly was there, definitely Jack H, not sure about Jack W). I just think with (a) you having proven your ability to keep a lead under pressure time and time again and (b) with you going 2nd and having an extra numbers choice if you needed it, you were always going to be OK from there even if SALMONS was accepted (which I still think it should have been). I'm always suspicious of exact wordings in this kind of question, and the wording here is ringing alarm bells - it doesn't specify that you have to pick a particular coin out of the pile and say "This one is fake". Problem is, I can answer the question as asked in only two weighings. Weig...

This is a great question, I can't get my head around how to solve it if we aren't told in advance whether the forgery would make the coin lighter or heavier.
