He's now had a tracheotomy, reducing the chances of infection and is now breathing and swallowing a lot easier.

A win is a win and won't be easy however many participants there are. Give 100 points for the winner as a base. Then, based on number of participants, the rest of the points can be calculated. If there are 50 people, go for 98, 96, 94 etc. If there are 10 people, go for 90, 80, 70 etc. This keeps it...
