Assuming I've interpreted it correctly (your brackets are very dodgy), the question is x+1 3x-2 ---- + ---- - 2 = 0 2x-1 2x+1 You need to get rid of the fractions, so first multiply through by (2x-1) to get (x+1) + (3x-2)(2x-1)/(2x+1) - 2(2x-1) = 0 and then multiply again by (2x+1) to get (x+1)(2x+...

Just one thing, two of Junaid's words, SCARES and GREEN, were valid, and as such should be in capitals. It's only invalid words or misdeclarations that go in lower case.
